Our conference and meeting rooms are flexible both in capacity and set up. Our facilities include meeting rooms, classrooms, fully equipped lecture theatres and a state of the art video-conferencing suite. We have played host to team building events, interviews, meetings, receptions, product launches and seminars to name just a few.
All our meeting rooms have access to PCs and data projectors along with internet access in most rooms. Delegates can also register for Wifi connectivity while on campus.
The Edwardian building at the Caerleon Campus dates from 1912 and is set within landscaped gardens overlooking the Usk valley. The oak panelled Boardroom is a superb venue for weddings, family celebrations, meetings and high profile corporate functions.
We can now offer a newly built City Campus which is situated on the banks of the River Usk. Only just opened for business, it’s the ideal location to give a modern cutting edge feel with brand new facilities that won’t fail to impress.
We don't just offer fantastic conference facilities and meeting rooms. Throughout the summer months, we have the facility to accommodate overnight stays at the Caerleon campus. There are approximately 450 fully furnished, single en-suite rooms in the campus village and a small selection of double and twin rooms within the main building.
We also offer a modern Sports Centre complete with a new state of the art fitness suite, gymnasium, sports hall, outdoor courts and a solarium, all situated on the Caerleon Campus.
