University Information Centre

The University Information Centre is a small and friendly department located in the Caerleon Campus Main Building. We are here to help you with any course or student life questions you may have.

Our aim is to provide a customer focussed information point where callers, students and staff can ask questions relating to courses provided by the universiy, application processes and the range of facilities available. We are also able to offer additional guidance in relation to starting or returning to higher education.

Already applied and want to speak to someone about what happens next or need to know what support is available but don’t know who to ask? Call or email us and we will aim to give you all the information you need or direct you to the most appropriate person within the university. Whatever your question the University Information Centre is here to help you make the right choice for you and is available to you from application right through to graduation.

We process and dispatch all prospectuses requested and are responsible for  staffing the switchboard and telephony systems.
