Learners engage in employer responsive learning through a variety of routes, from work-related projects, involving study of a real-life problem within the University environment, work-placement, involving the experience of work within a real-life work environment through to work-based learning initiatives with the flexible delivery of full-time or part-time programmes within the work environment. Regardless of the type of organisation or their functional role within it, learners enhance their learning experience by using their work as a tool to develop their skills and knowledge.
Newport Business School (NBS) provides graduates with appropriate experiences to enter employment with a sound grounding in both academic knowledge and business related skills. Our staff undertake enterprise activities through regular placements and project developments with businesses and organizations.
