The Foundation Degree programme is designed to:
• Enhance Welsh educational standards within the Convergence area of Wales (West Wales and the Valleys)
• Enhance access to Higher Education for those in private sector employment
• The Foundation Degree is a Higher Education qualification in its own right, but with progression opportunities to an Honours Degree
Employees who live/work in private or third sector organisations within the Convergence area of Wales (West Wales and the Valleys) can benefit from:
• Fully or partially funded courses - depending on eligibility
• Learn while you earn: up-skilling those already in private sector employment
• Pathway to individual and organisational progression/development
• Staff investment
• Sector-specific and generic training
• A Foundation Degree is a great way to achieve personal development requirements
This course is part of the Foundation Degree programme and has been made available through the European Social Fund, through the Welsh Government.
