Information on DCD and ADHD Postgraduate Courses 2009/2010
Postgraduate Certificate in Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (Dyspraxia) - online web-based course
This course can be used as a part of the MA SEN at either Certificate or Diploma level, and is delivered over one year.
Module A (30 CATS points) or A and B (jointly) (60 CATS points) can be taken in one year. Some prior experience of working with children or adolescents is essential for entry into the course.
A basic knowledge of the internet is expected.
This is an interactive course; written work is also expected as well as discussion groups online.
There is an induction day at the start of each module.

ADHD
This is a one-unit course for health and educational professionals working with children and adults with ADHD.
This is a blended course and includes 4 days of face-to-face study at The Centre and online discussion groups, case work and a written assignment.
Next start date will be : November 2010 for 2 days and then February 2011
