This module acknowledges the business world on both a local and global scale is a complex and ever changing environment – providing an understanding of concepts and techniques underpinning business financial management, and focusing on the investment and working capital management decisions.
Corporate Finance:
This module provides a comprehensive framework for corporate financial decision making including principles and practice of risk management. Corporate Finance focuses on the strategic aspects of the financing and dividend decision. It also includes an exploration of the investment decision in relation to Mergers and Acquisitions on a global scale.
