MBA International Business Law

To study for the MBA International Business Law you will study the core modules in Year 1, and Year 2 PLUS the following 2 electives: International Business Context: and Design Globalisation shown below.

International Business Context:

Business today is developing in a growing global marketplace in which different systems and cultures coexist. Effective international management depends heavily on good understanding of a range of cultures and practices. This module examines the nature and implication of regional characteristics, its impact on the decision making of the business world, and addresses the relationship between business and cultural practice.

Globalisation:

This module aims to describe and account for the most important recent trends in international business – comparing alternative theoretical explanations for why firms, and counties, specialise in different goods and services, and the factors causing changes in the patterns of international production. Differentiating between inter-industry, intra-industry and intra-firm trade, attempts to explain the growth in ‘global’ enterprise.
