To study for the MBA Sustainable Decision Making you will study the core modules in Year 1, and Year 2 PLUS the following 2 electives: Sustainable business practice, and Business responsibility and ethics, shown below.
Sustainable business practice:
Sustainable business is more than a concern for the environment, it requires a holistic approach to decision making which encompasses ethical behaviour throughout, to ensure the organisation is sustainable with regard to all its stakeholders. The module creates awareness of the ethical issues and theories associated in the context of business decisions via using case studies and models.
Business responsibility and ethics:
This module requires you to develop skills of critical thinking and consider ethical dilemmas in the context of an organisation’s stakeholders. The focus is on direct application of the concepts, and relating them to practice, as well as an emphasis on personal values and their application in a management role.
