The Childcare Co-ordinator maintains a register of local childcare provision and has application forms for all University provision. The Childcare Coordinator has information about Childcare Grants, Child Tax Credits and University Childcare Bursaries and contingency funds.
Crèche facilities are organised throughout the year to support specific University events, e.g. the Taster Day/Awards Congregations. Care is offered for children aged between 3 months and 8 years.
Application forms are made available in good time for the events and written confirmation of places will be sent to the parents.
In May 2002 Tiny Tots Nurseries were awarded the contract to provide nursery services at the University of Wales - Caerleon Campus.
