Matt Gray is a UK based Director of Photography. He has over 20 years experience in Film and Television with his work as cinematographer on such feature films as, ‘The Firm’ and drama projects as the BBCs, ‘Oliver Twist’ and Channel 4’s BAFTA winning film, ‘The Mark of Cain’. To-date Matt has filmed over 55 hours of screen & television drama and has worked with many world-class actors and directors using both film and digital medium. Recent films include ‘Lennon Naked’ with Christopher Eccleston, ‘Heartless’ by Phillip Ridley and ‘Enid’ with Helena Bonham Carter. Matt studied film at Newport as a student and is now a regular visiting lecturer at Newport Film School .

Film products manufactured in the UK made £2.5 billion pounds at cinemas around the world, add in DVD, merchandising, gaming, television rights and this pot for 2008 was £7 billion.
